She is the 1998 Barbie Covention Doll that was held in Atlanta, her official name was "A Date With Barbie In Atlanta"...designed many years ago by an OOAK Artist team called Viva La Diva.
There are 50 of them dressed completely in white...with matching white jewelry that were given to VIPs
There were 25 of them that were AA dressed in red with a different hairstyle to resemble Dorothy Dandridge's Carmen Jones
There was one that was done with raven hair that had gold jewelry
